Our services are not limited to Estate liquidation; we set ourselves apart by offering "Downsizing," or as we like to call it "Rightsizing!", sales! In life today there are many reasons we must transition our possessions- a  loved one's passing, moving, divorce,or simply the desire to "Simplify!"

 We work closely with you or the executor to meet your needs with our services. Typically you, a family member, or the executor will remove all items not to be sold prior to the sale or secure them in an "OFF LIMITS" designated area of the home. Once those items are secured we begin our sorting and organizing.

We supply tables and tablecloths, and begin to place items into catagories. This process depends on the size of the home and the quantity of items to be sold. As we sort and organize we secure all personal photographs, correspondence, or memorabilia that may have been overlooked. Next we begin to research, appraise, and price all of the items. (please note appraisal fees may apply) Using pricing guides, the internet and calling on our experts we price items at a fair market value.

Next we will secure permits and advertise your sale! (All advertising expenses will be deducted at the end of the sale). Once the sale begins we will negotiate pricing, on the final day we offer 1/2 off most items. Our goal is to make as much money for you while clearing out the home. All sales settled within one week of sale.
